BJ Carter

Founder & Managing Partner

BJ Carter has over 20 years in leading, and directing high tech companies around the world. Prior roles range from CEO of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for an industry leading mobile payments company and senior executive roles with companies focussed on North America spanning numerous verticals. BJ was an instrumental member of senior executive team that raised $345M in capital, and created over $5.6B in enterprise value in just a few short years. BJ received his BA in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine and served with the 82nd Airborne Division in support of Operations Just Cause and Desert Shield, Desert Storm.

Joe Bedard

Managing Partner

Joe Bedard is an accomplished executive with domestic and international experience who creates immediate long-term value through strategic vision and execution. Joe is a motivator and team builder, with integrity and personal commitment of excellence delivering measurable results across key performance areas. Joe has over 18 years’ experience in positioning startups with traditional bricks and mortar businesses delivering advanced technology applications that increase brand awareness, product usage and shareholder value. Joe received his BS in Marketing from Lynchburg College. Joe was an accomplished collegiate athlete winning 2 NCAA titles in the decathlon.

Richard Anicetti

Richard Anicetti is a business executive, teacher, mentor and motivational speaker with more than 37 years experience, almost a third of which he has spent leading as CEO for such food retailing companies as Food Lion, The Fresh Market, and 99 Cents Only. Anicetti is also the President and Founder of The Anicetti Leadership Group LLC. In addition to general leadership consulting, strategic planning, business process redesign, organizational change management and executive coaching, Anicetti served on the Boards of 99 Cents Only Stores, Smart and Final, The Fresh Market, A&P Supermarkets, and the US Advisory Board for Brambles Ltd. Additionally, he served as a Strategic Advisor to Ares Private Equity Management.

Jack Corrie

Jack Corrie is a seasoned and accomplished Executive with over 35 years in the business and technology industry. He has served as a Senior Executive in both governmental and private entities and as a Board Member on several public and private corporate boards of directors. During his 26 year state career, he served as the Chief Deputy Director for the California Department of Motor Vehicles; CIO/Chief of the Information Technology Services Division for the California Public Employee Retirement System. In 2004 he was named by Government Magazine as one of the Nation’s top 25 “doers, dreamers& drivers”; 2003 Computer World Magazine presented him with the prestigious “Laureate Award”; 2003 California’s Technology Leadership Award; 2003 CIO Magazine’s Top 100 Award; 2002 Oracle Corporation named him the CIO of the Year; as well as numerous other organizational and technology leadership acknowledgements.

Scott Sandlin

Scott was an executive with Walmart for 25 years, was on the board of Touchrate and served both as President and board member at Mozido, Inc. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge in finance, digital and cash payments, as well as ecommerce. He also has extensive experience in operations, merchandising, and online fulfillment. Scott has a proven track record of driving profitability for startups and industry leader Walmart by anticipating market trends ahead of competitors, launching new products, building growth plans, and implementing operating efficiencies. Scott is skilled at managing and maximizing value throughout product lifecycles; enhancing margins through reorganizations by applying process improvements, as well as building and mentoring high performance teams.

Dennis Young

Dennis is a Management Consultant with over 30 years working globally in Healthcare, Public Sector, and key industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail/Wholesale, ICT, and the Resources Sector, leading large- scale transformation projects, managing governance and mitigating risk. He has been a Canadian Managing Partner for KPMG Consulting, CEO of a national technology company, a CIO in healthcare and public sector and a CFO in the coordination, distribution, and manufacturing industries. He has worked directly with Deputy Ministers, CEO’s, Boards, and Premiers in Canada, State Governors, CIO’s and hospital CEO’s in the United States and senior level government in Europe and the Caribbean.

Ted Waz

Ted Waz is a principal deal-maker and leader of AI, Blockchain, IoT and Smart Digital healthy partnerships globally. A Global Entrepreneur, with a keen sense of how to Identify opportunities across industries, that lead to deal-making, venture identification, and transformative products. Ted’s experience includes, leading companies at all stages of growth, from early stage to Fortune 500 companies, with a proven ability to turn around business profitability. Ted is well versed in engaging global ecosystems of entrepreneurs, investors and corporate partners to leverage incubation & acceleration efforts to introduce or integrate disruptive technologies. Ted is a Change Champion who navigates silos while fostering innovation and a digital transformation in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Leading corporate mind shifts strategically implemented "beyond business-as-usual" trajectories for companies preparing them for an outcomes-based future with risk sharing business models.

Imre Szenttornyay

Imre is a multilingual entrepreneur, consultant, and business development executive in the global technology services industry with over 24 years of international experience throughout the United States, Mexico, South America, and Asia, specializing in nearshore software development, captive center services, resource and vendor management and economic development in Latin America (LATAM). Imre has held leadership positions with several Fortune 1000 companies. Imre is an expert in cross-cultural contract negotiations, captive center services, nearshore and offshore operations, and labor arbitrage specializing in systems integration, application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing and business transformation outsourcing. Imre has experience in managing complex IT service projects for the industry’s largest IT Services vendors (e.g. Cognizant, Wipro, IBM, CSC, HCL, iGate, Collabera, Matrix, and others). Imre has a Master’s Degree in Leadership and is currently completing his Ph.D. in I/O Consulting Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Shawn White

Shawn White is a seasoned business leader, team builder and executor with more than 15 years of experience leading and mentoring cross functional teams to solve complex business challenges. Prior to joining B4 Alliance Shawn held roles as the Managing Principal at Nuvu, Inc. and as the Director of Early Stage Product Development for WEX, Inc. (NYSE: WEX) where he was responsible for developing fintech innovations.  Shawn served as a Weapons Company Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern Maine.  Prior to his military service, Shawn attended Bentley University and was a member of their NCAA ice hockey team.

Konde Bugingo

Konde is a business executive with 20 years experience in business Start-up, Banking, Turnaround, Merger/Acquisition & Expansion in Europe and Africa. Konde is a seasoned Board Director/Advisor with extensive Boardroom experience in Hospitality, Energy, Insurance, ICT, Real Estate, Leisure Industry and Export Agriculture. Prior executive roles include being CEO in Rwanda where Konde built the subsidiary of London listed Banking Group, where he initiated and structured a large bank deal with Government (fission/fusion of banks) and later created the bolt-on Strategy that acquired 2nd largest bank in country leading to largest Merger in country's history. Formerly he was also the CEO in Rwanda for Frankfurt listed PE firm's subsidiary, where he rescued a bankruptcy-led business. Konde also spent several years as COO (DCEO) in Rwanda, for a Rabobank subsidiary bank. Konde is currently Group Chairman of one of the largest Investment Groups ranging from Hotel Chains in East Africa, Commercial Real Estate and Residential.

Jackie Lindstedt

Jackie Lindstedt is a 20 plus years fashion industry executive with a specialty in High End Footwear. Ms. Lindstedt graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology. Ms. Lindstedt is the current CEO of Jax and Bard and has designed and developed footwear for name brand clients that include Acorn, Anthropologie, Cabela's, Carhartt, Clarks, Dansko, Eddie Bauer, Footsmart, G.H. Bass, Kohl's, Lands' End, L.L. Bean, Payless, Sperry, Vermont Country Store, Wal-Mart and Garnet Hill. Founded in 2015, the Jax & Bard brand was born from a desire to create timeless, iconic footwear for women. Each collection represents unique flavors from a lifetime of travel and adventure with tones of ancient influence and refined elegance. In order to ensure the best quality of product is being produced, Ms. Lindstedt works directly with her international and domestic manufacturing partners.

Joe Curcio

Joe Curcio has over 20 years working in the marine engineering field. Joe has worked as Chief Scientist running a Navy sponsored research group through MIT. Joe also led the development of high speed, low radar cross section manned/unmanned underwater and surface vehicles. Joe has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, and a Master of Science and Engineering/Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Jeremy Drzal

Jeremy is Founder and CEO of BLOCK 512, a platform agnostic consortium of experts providing Insights, Advisory, and Acceleration services for blockchain optimized solutions with viable business models. Jeremy brings an innovative approach to identifying and executing growth strategies for advanced technologies enabling secure and smart connected commerce. His experience spans many verticals including Fintech, RegTech, Retail, and Smart Cities across a network of clients and partners in 50 countries.

Darrell Collier

Darrell is a senior management consultant with over thirty years experience in senior executive roles with global firms such as Fujitsu, Bell, Data Services international and Prudential. Darrell has managed many large projects ie in excess of one hundred million dollars and has worked in Indonesia, Taiwan, India, the United States and the United Kingdom. His core focus with B4 Alliance will be information systems, data communications, business development and partnership development.

Nick O'Hern

Nick O’Hern's highlights as a professional golfer include being a member of the International team at the 2005 and 2007 Presidents Cup, representing Australia at the 2004 and 2007 World Cup, two victories on the PGA Tour of Australasia, including the 2006 Australian PGA Championship (winning the Order of Merit that year). At his peak O’Hern reached number 16 in the Official World Golf Rankings. He played the European Tour from 1999 – 2008, the PGA Tour from 2005 – 2013 and the PGA Tour of Australasia from 1996 to the present day. He’s also the only man to beat Tiger Woods twice in the World Matchplay Championship. After retiring from professional golf, Nick has utilized his network and has been involved in International Business Development in mobile payments and real estate.

Rienzie has over 30 years of experience in Growth management in mobile payments, financial services, and consumer packaged goods at ‘C’ level in leading Multi-National and large organizations in Asia and North America. He is a transformational leader who capitalizes on market opportunities to drive revenues, profits, and growth while ensuring unsurpassed shareholder return and other stakeholder values through developing and managing strategic business strategies.
